Price and Packaging Coming Soon to the iResearch System
Over the past months ChemNavigator has developed a system for gathering price and packaging information for products in the iResearch Library. ChemNavigator plans to include this for products listed in the Reagents and Fine Chemicals and the Building Blocks Collections whenever Suppliers
make this data generally available to the public. We would like to invite current subscribers who have interest to participate in a test group that would have early access to this data in the iResearch System.
To be included in this test group, please contact us at support@chemnavigator.com.
As a part of this test group you will have access to price and packaging data included in the iResearch System.
The price and packaging data will be available as a new section under the Sample Details page for each product in the system.

Welcome New SCSORS Suppliers
At the Informex Conference in New Orleans, many new suppliers showed interest in joining the SCSORS program.
So far 40 suppliers have agreed to participate in SCSORS requests.
These suppliers were added to the database, and soon their collections will be available through the iResearch System.
The new suppliers will also be available through the Q2 Release of the iResearch Library.
The SCSORS Project was formed through an agreement with the NIH and ChemNavigator, and includes the development of a new Semi-Custom Synthesis Online Request System (SCSORS). The SCSORS Project seeks the creation of new untested compounds to be used in its basic pharmaceutical research programs. ChemNavigator believes the iResearch Library covers only a small fraction of the potential chemical substances that could be secured from nearly a thousand commercial, academic, and government supplier sources around the world. The new SCSORS project will provide access to the world's supply of synthetic chemistry available for drug discovery. While the system development is primarily guided by the NIH, commercial subscribers to the iResearch System are welcome to try the system as it develops over the next year.

CncConnect Supplier Selection Feature
CncConnect's newest feature is called Supplier Selection.
This allows users to prioritize their supplier preference.
By selecting preferred suppliers over non-preferred suppliers, it will allow CncConnect to allocate the query results to the priority suppliers and then subsequent less preferred suppliers.
After the CncConnect query has been run, choose the Select Hits tab, and right click on the supplier name to change the preference of the supplier.
At this point you can also change whether you want to select (1)all the samples by that supplier, (2)select all the samples which are not currently selected (3)none of the samples, or (4)no action.
The Supplier Selection feature also remembers your preferences, for your next search.
CncConnect allows ID and structure lookups in the online iResearch Library, and can perform substructure and similarity structure searches on entire lists of compounds. The resultant list is a blueprint for acquisition of samples for the selected compounds. CncConnect allows the user to specify priorities for suppliers and to handpick the compounds to acquire.
