DuPont Crop Protection Joins New Libraries for Sale or Trade Program
As part of our growing coverage of the pharmaceutical discovery chemistry market, ChemNavigator now helps iResearch subscribers buy or trade chemical library samples.
This new program provides a strategy for life science research companies to make portions of their internal chemical libraries available for sale or trade with other companies. Participants may control which companies are allowed to view their chemistry.
We would like to welcome DuPont Crop Protection as our first private library program participant.
About The DuPont Crop Protection Compound Libraries
These chemical sample libraries, comprising approximately 250,000 compounds, are from DuPont Crop Protection's proprietary research programs. The compounds were prepared from internal chemical synthesis programs by DuPont scientists. The chemical structures were designed to conform to physico-chemical properties appropriate for life science applications. Samples are available for sale or trade with other research organizations for research purposes only.
To review these compound libraries, DuPont requests that potential purchase or trading partner companies sign a special confidentiality agreement. Please contact support@chemnavigator.com at ChemNavigator if you have interest in the DuPont Compound Libraries.

New CncConnect Feature that Allows Users to Visualize 2D Structure Diagrams in Excel
Now when you choose to export your input or output files into Microsoft Excel through CncConnect, the spreadsheet will have an embedded structure graphic for each structure ID. The graphics can easily be used in all the other Microsoft applications.
The input files still have to be in the format of IDs, Excel, SDF, SLN/CON.
The format options for viewing your data are Excel, Html, SDF, or SLN.
When viewing a structure file in Excel, the check box "Include Structure" appears when exporting to an Excel document. By selecting this option CncConnect will load 2D structure diagrams into Excel. CncConnect offers an additional option to "Include query structure in Excel". This allows you to view the structure diagrams of your input query data along side the search result structures in Excel.
Downloading CncConnect
ChemNavigator provides regular updates to the ChemNavTools Software package. All iResearch subscribers may use the ChemNavTools software. Please contact support@chemnavigator.com at ChemNavigator if you have questions about downloading and activating your ChemNavTools software.
