New 3DPL™ Virtual Screening Software Released
3-Dimensional Protein Ligand mapping software (3DPL) is a fast 3D virtual screening program used to identify highly targeted sets of small molecule structures likely to bind the protein surface. ChemNAvigator has recently released a new version of 3DPL which includes the following new features:
  • New easy-to-use Graphical User Interface available on Windows based systems
  • 3DPL users may now access an on-line iResearch Library server designed to provide structures for docking in 3DPL.
  • Automatic Site Partitioning - 3DPL calculates and 3DPL Result Screen stores special field files in memory that are used to calculate the pseudo binding energy scores. These field files may become quite large and represent a limiting factor on how large a protein may be used as a 3D target. This new feature allows field files to automatically partition into smaller files so larger proteins my be screened.
  • This new 3DPL version is avaible to all 3DPL licensed users and evaluators. Please use the following link to access more information on 3DPL.
