New Software Tools for iResearch Library Subscribers
We are happy to announce a new software access policy for commercial subscribers to the iResearch Library.
Qualified commercial subscribers now have license to use ChemNavigator's CncTranslate Basic and 3D software modules. Subscribers are entitled to the same number of CncTranslate users as the Authorized User level in their corporate iResearch Library User License. Our goal in including these software tools with the database is to make it easier for our clients to convert the iResearch Library data to the specific format(s) that are preferred for various projects in their research.
The "Basic" and "3D" modules are included in this program. Once you have downloaded the software, you can request keys by emailing us at support@chemnavigator.com.

About The Q3 2006 iResearch Library Release
The Q3 release of the iResearch Library was released on July 18th. We would like to thank our Supplier Partners for providing timely updates to their inventory. Here are the basic statistics from this release:
Total Samples: 26,653,258
New Sample Records added: 7,075,532
Sample Records deleted: 6,745,217

New Beta Version of CncConnect Now Available - Links Your Computer To The iResearch System
CncConnect is a new software tool that allows access from the command line or from 3rd party programs to the iResearch System for searching and compound lookup.
CncConnect allows you to:
- Check sample availability based on chemical structure.
- Perform automated chemical structure searches.
- Receive search results back at your desktop.
- Send Procurement Quotation Requests To ChemNavigator.
Users must have an iResearch System account. CncConnect is available to all iResearch System Subscribers at no additional fee. Remote searches initiated by CncConnect are limited to 1000 queries. Additional remote queries are available at an incremental cost.
CncConnect may be easily integrated with other 3rd party software programs. The screen capture shown illustrates CncConnect being used with ChemSense from InforSense Ltd. Using CncConnect within ChemSense allows users to design workflows which automatically perform searches of the iResearch System and deliver chemical structure results directly into a workflow.

FDIchemical (Functional Dyes Intermediate chemical) was founded in 2001. The basic activity of the company is the manufacturing of various dyes, intermediates for dyes, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API's) and building blocks for fine chemistry. The company has 2 manufacturing sites and 20 laboratories. More than 100 chemists currently work at FDIchemcial. The company currently offers approximately 100 dyes and intermediates, 10 API's and more than 1000 building blocks. FDIchemical has completed 100 custom synthesis projects at the moment. Additionally the company introduces about 10 new manufactures technologies every year.
